Journalists are welcome at the Global Forum on Nicotine 2026
The organisers of the Global Forum on Nicotine encourage participation from media representatives both onsite and online. We believe your role in communicating information, commentary and analysis of tobacco harm reduction and safer nicotine products is essential. Thanks to accurate and balanced reporting, public understanding of this subject, the source of significant debate and misinformation, will improve. As with all good public health interventions, smoking cessation efforts and tobacco harm reduction are rooted in the provision of high quality information, enabling people to make decisions for themselves.
Media representatives interested in attending GFN26 should complete the conference registration form, select a media ticket and then complete the media form. Please note there will be a delay while your application is assessed by a member of the GFN Team. For queries, please contact media@gfn.events.
Public relations or communications agency representatives must pay conference registration fees.
How to Purchase a Media Ticket
Step 1: Register Account
If you don’t have an account yet, register on the GFN website, then please sign in.
IMPORTANT! In the Sector field, please select Media. Otherwise, the system will not register you as a media participant.

Step 2: Complete Media Form

After successful registration, the system will automatically redirect you to the media form, which must be completed.
Based on the information provided, your application will be either approved or rejected.
You will receive a notification at the email address provided during registration. If your application is approved, a free ticket will be issued by the organisers automatically.
IMPORTANT! The verification process usually takes a few days, so we kindly ask for your patience.
