Registration
First, you must register by completing our simple form. Registration for the online event is completely free of charge.
You must register for #GFN23 to create a new user profile and login details, even if you joined #GFN22 or #GFN21 online.
On 21 - 24 June when the live event is taking place in Warsaw, signing into the #GFN23 website using your login details will enable you to access the live-streamed sessions.
Prior to the event start, you will receive an email with a reminder of how to join the online stream.
What can I access as an online delegate?
Online registration gives you access to:
- The live-streamed #GFN23 conference sessions on 21, 22 and 23 and 24 June. These sessions are marked in the Conference Programme like this:
- An online Q&A function, so you can pose questions to the presenters and join in the sessions
- The #GFN23 chat stream, so you can say hi and exchange messages with other delegates from all over the world
- GFN•TV Commentary at the start, middle and end of each day
- Simultaneous English to Spanish and English to Mandarin translation
Sessions that are not live-streamed will be filmed and videos will be added to the #GFN23 conference website after the event.

…GFN•TV Commentary Team offering uninterrupted coverage
At the beginning, middle and end of the conference day in Warsaw, you’ll have access to the insights of the GFN•TV Commentary Team broadcasting live via the online conference platform. A rotating cast of Commentary Team Hosts and their invited guests will discuss the day’s activities, update you on what’s happening onsite and preview upcoming sessions.
…and simultaneous translation into Spanish and Mandarin Chinese
We are delighted that our online delegates will be able to access a simultaneous translation of the live-streamed sessions into Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
Please note, however, that at present we do not have the ability to translate from the online chat and Q+A - questions to our speakers must be posed in English.
