Lindsey Stroud and Martin Cullip are the Director and International Fellow of the Taxpayers Protection Alliance's Consumer Center. Being that Stroud is located outside Chicago, Illinois and Cullip is in South London, UK, the two get to spend a lot of time discussing the various differences between approaches to tobacco harm reduction in the UK and the US.
